Map of Soldier Stories

The Google Map displayed below was created by the They Walked These Streets...We Will Remember Them Project Research Assistant, Lauren Woolfrey. This soldier stories map features boots icons representing the 1350 soldiers who died in the First and Second World Wars and never returned. The orange markers highlight those who died during the Liberation of the Netherlands, while the blue house icons signify soldiers with community connections to Swansea, ensuring their remembrance stories are honored.
